Juan has a Business and Finance major and is a RICS member since 2017. Juan has over 10 years of experience in finance, investments, operating business and real estate. His last 6 years have been exclusive on the development and investment of student housing and other coliving in Spain, Germany and Portugal. He believes in the potential developments and real estate have in the improvement of locations. His greatest passions are skiing, cooking and family. He’s an accredited Ski instructor and is also a Ski instructor for the Spanish blind association – a real challenge! Juan lives in Madrid and his objective at LIFE is to develop affordable student housing in the Iberian Peninsula.
Arne Frederix

Arne Frederix

Managing partner
Arne, a civil engineer in architecture complemented with a master’s degree in business, brings 10 years of experience in real estate M&A and development to the table; 6 of those years were purely focused on purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) projects. As a globetrotter, Arne constantly travels around the world in search for inspiration. Currently settled in Madrid, he is now focused on the Iberian Peninsula, driven to bring the Spanish PBSA landscape to new heights.

Serge has been building and developing exciting residential and commercial plots for over 30 years. That's hundreds of projects and thousands of lives touched. He is driven by beauty and has a keen eye for detail. Consequently, conceiving and designing innovative concepts is his motivation to turn his job into his passion. His entrepreneurship and creativity are the essence of everything he does.
