A civil engineer architect with an executive master's degree in Real Estate Management, Toon Haverals has the right credentials complemented by more than 15 years of experience in real estate development and management. Toon sees it as a privilege but at the same time a responsibility to use real estate to enhance the overall quality of life. Continuously reinventing himself and thinking about new ways of living and working are for him the basis for future proof development and long-term value.

Rob holds a master in business engineering and in real estate. He has almost 15 years of experience in advising national and international clients on all aspects of the real estate cycle: from property and asset management issues, valuation advisory, corporate and development strategy questions to (d)investment opportunities. In 2018 he joined LIFE excited to use his experience and reinforce a team known for their exceptional development projects. Together with Toon he sets out the strategy of LIFE.be to create places where people can thrive, meet, create, grow and live life. His greatest passions are family, friends and sports. Waking up his girls in the morning or hitting the slopes with some friends during wintertime, he loves it.

LIFE developer
Rob is project manager for Sweet and responsible for submitting content for different new projects for LIFE. He takes pride in realizing a project from scratch and seeing it materialize once it’s finished. What he likes most about his job is being in contact with different kinds of people and accomplishing things together. Architects, sales team or marketing people ; Rob likes hearing different ideas and inputs from everyone involved. In his spare time Rob loves to go to the gym, and is overall very sporty. He likes to travel and prefers destinations where nature and culture go hand in hand.
Katrien Van Goethem

Katrien Van Goethem

Project Manager
Katrien is LIFE’s Developer/Manager, which means she guides a whole team from acquisition, masterplan, preliminary design to final design. As a civil engineer and architect, she gained experience and expertise in facade and roof renovations. Her true passion is integrating circular construction into the retail real estate sector, which she strives for everyday. Katrien loves to see a project come together from scratch, along the values and standards of LIFE. Creating projects, keeping an eye on regulations and budget, looking for out-of-the-box solutions and always aiming for beauty and uniqueness is what drives her. In her spare time, Katrien enjoys training in nature for triathlons, long distance trails and (tour) skiing. You’ll find her marveling over art in museums or creating cosiness with family and friends.
Bart Lambrecht

Bart Lambrecht

Senior Project Manager
Bart is our project manager for projects Connect-U, Calevoet and 3 eiken. With his technical and architectural background, he is a great asset for our projects. His eye for detail and perfectionism are Bart’s trademarks and key aspects of his work ethos. When not at work, Bart likes to spend most of his time with family and friends. His idea of a perfect weekend is going for a long bike tour through the fields with his best friends. In need of advice about keeping your plants alive? Bart has probably the greenest thumb of the office, and his infectious love and knowledge of plants and greenery are a proven asset for the team.
Stefan Van Thienen

Senior project manager
With his great technical background, Stefan is senior project manager of some of our biggest projects : Martin offices, The Bunch, Zwartzusters and Felix. He oversees all internal processes making sure all aspects of project management run smoothly. Just like our other project managers, he is proud to see finished projects that concretely materialize. Stefan is what we call a nature person, and enjoys peace and quiet in his free time. He enjoys taking long walks with his dogs or entering flyball competitions (look it up, it’s a pretty cool sport for dogs!).  
Isabel Goossens

Isabel Goossens

Commercial Manager
Isabel lives and breathes everything ‘student’ at LIFE and makes sure all of our student projects are filled with happy tenants. She can sell or rent out an entire building in no time like no other!  As commercial manager she helps out with everything marketing-related to our projects, and for Isabel the word team player isn't a just a buzzword.  When Isabel enters the office, the whole space lights up. She is the energetic and fun soul of the office, while being her zen-self at home practicing yoga. In her free time she likes to go swimming and going on holidays to sunny, southern destinations.
Katinka Vermeylen

Always equipped with a camera, Katinka is LIFE’s busy bee and go-to person for all things needing next level graphic design. All of the amazing pictures you see on our website? Katinka. Gatekeeper of our projects’ style and branding ? Katinka. Always ready for an after work drink or going out for dinner? Katinka! Besides all of this, Katinka loves to discover new places, hiking off the beaten tracks, almond chai lattes and she bakes delicious chocolate chip cookies, too.
Thibaut Gedik

Thibaut Gedik

LIFE Developer
Thibaut is LIFE developer and spends his everyday work inventing, designing and developing new buildings and spaces that are not only funky to live in, but add to the quality of life of its inhabitants. He likes to focus on durability and sustainability, with a passion for innovating and cutting edge technology. Gratuated as an industrial engineer, Thibaut gained experience representing a general construction contractor, where he developed skills as a project manager and later as a commercial manager. Spending the latest year as a business developer, Thibaut has all the right tools for the task. He thrives when working in a team, developing innovative projects that are a win-win for both its occupants and stakeholders. Outside the office walls, Thibaut likes to keep busy on (city)trips with his girlfriend, doing sports, exploring nightlife with friends or snooping through vintage markets on a sunday.
