Anna brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, with a strong focus on large-scale urban regeneration and residential innovation. At LIFE, she is responsible for shaping and driving development strategies, turning ambitious visions into sustainable, people-centric places.
Before joining LIFE, Anna led residential strategy for Lendlease in Italy and worked on projects ranging from BtS, BtR, PBSA and mixed-use districts. Alongside her deep expertise in residential, she has also worked extensively across commercial, retail, and public assets—managing complex portfolios and delivering value through strategic planning and execution. She holds a degree in architecture and has completed advanced studies in real estate finance and management at institutions such as Politecnico di Milano, SDA Bocconi, and INSEAD.
What she enjoys most is the creative and strategic challenge of translating complex urban contexts into vibrant communities. Outside of work, Anna is passionate about everything with artistic value—from architecture to fashion and design. She loves discovering new places, volunteers for heritage and cultural initiatives, and finds inspiration where beauty, history, and creativity intersect.
As technical Director for Italy, Fabrizio has extensive experience in the construction world. Thanks to his comprehensive view of the entire construction process-from acquisition to construction and property management, he ensures efficient coordination and seamless integration between all phases of development. His ability to interface with all stakeholders, from engineers to suppliers to institutions, makes him a solid and reliable reference point for every project. Pragmatic and solution-oriented, he tackles every challenge with determination and strategic vision. Outside of work, Fabrizio loves sailing, a way to connect with nature, find balance and feel truly free.Â
