Serge has been building and developing exciting residential and commercial plots for over 30 years. That's hundreds of projects and thousands of lives touched. He is driven by beauty and has a keen eye for detail. Consequently, conceiving and designing innovative concepts is his motivation to turn his job into his passion. His entrepreneurship and creativity are the essence of everything he does.

As CEO and CFO of LIFE group, Sigrid supervises finance, tax and legal matters in close collaboration with the team members. With love for people, passionate about numbers, transaction oriented and result driven, days are full of LIFE. Before joining LIFE, Sigrid gained experience as auditor at PWC and CFO at Mitiska. All together, many years of finance, lots of projects and deal making.

Noemi Blumberg

Chief legal officer

Noemi is Chief Legal Officer and oversees all things legal, both for our Belgian and international matters. As an experienced M&A lawyer with UA (Antwerp) and NYU (New York) as alma mater, what she loves most is to get the deal done. She enjoys working in motivated teams and thrives on authentic relationships.

As a true New York adept, Noemi gets energy from everything a city has to offer, from conversations with open-minded people to going out for dinners with friends and family and visiting exhibitions. With a love for all kinds of music and a background in classical ballet, you can always surprise her with a concert or dance performance.
Isabelle Van Loock

Financial Project Lead
Isabelle holds master's degrees in Applied Economics and Tax Law and has built over 10 years of experience in accountancy, finance and tax, both in Belgium and abroad. She enjoys finding practical solutions to complex challenges and values working closely with colleagues to achieve the best results. With a structured yet pragmatic approach, Isabelle likes coordinating projects and keeping everything on track. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors with family, friends and her dog, diving into a good book or series, and challenging herself during a workout.

Personal Assistant Serge Hannecart
As the personal assistant of our founding father Serge, Séverine is the office bee who flutters in and out of the hive whilst dealing with a multitude of projects and tasks that require her immediate attention. 99 Problems but the PA ain’t one! Séverine is the creative soul with the dirtiest hands of all LIFE employees. At the end of the day, she quiets her buzzing mind behind the pottery wheel or in the kitchen. During the weekend, you might run into her at an art gallery or in the park getting ready for the next running challenge.
Sadaf Ahmadzadah

Sadaf Ahmadzadah

Legal Counsel
As part of LIFE’s legal team and next to Noemi, Sadaf digs into legal documents and sorts out all of the complicated stuff and small footnotes. She loves to handle legal disputes and standing her ground in court. Beside from ruffling papers in court, Sadaf finds happiness with family and friends. Nature brings her peace and she has been walking rescued dogs recently, which brings her immense joy.
Ann De Vos

Ann De Vos

Accountant
Ann is one of LIFE’s accountants and loves the specific sector of real estate, building and renovating. Her logic mind and analytic thinking come in hand while reporting and analyzing numbers and data on a daily basis. Having a nice atmosphere and teamspirit among colleagues, together with new engaging in new projects are Ann’s favorite part of the job. In her spare time you’ll find her on the dance floor for some ballroom dancing, reading a good book, or spending time with loved ones.
Karam Yousfi

Karam Yousfi

Accountant
Karam is responsible for all the accounting of LIFE’s Spanish projects. As the analytical thinker he is, Karam loves new challenges and helps out the entire LIFE team with their bookkeeping questions. After a busy week at the office, you can find Karam at the gym. This is his secret place to wear off all the extra energy and take some well-deserved me-time.
Liselotte Vernieuwe

Liselotte Vernieuwe

Accountant
As a child, Liselotte was already passionate about numbers. Lucky for us, she now works in the accounting team for all Fosbury ventures, and is still very hands on when it comes to numbers and calculations. In her free time, Liselotte likes to spend time in nature to get away from it all. She also enjoys watching movies and just chilling around the house. Her number one favourite travel destination are the rocky mountains in Canada, with the Dutch coast with its cosy little villages and broad beaches on a close second place.
Jorryd Jansoone

Jorryd Jansoone

Accountant
Jorryd studied Accounting and IT, a combination that fits perfectly with his role at LIFE. While his background in accounting supports his daily work, his IT knowledge comes in handy when helping the team solve smaller tech challenges. What Jorryd loves most about his job is how closely LIFE’s values and vision match his own. He believes being proud of the company you work for makes all the difference. Outside of work, Jorryd likes to keep things dynamic — whether it’s practicing ballroom dancing, hitting the slopes, or cruising around on his electric skateboard.
Stephane Colson

Stephane Colson

Project Manager
With over 20 years of experience in construction and project management, Stéphane oversees projects from tender to completion, keeping a close eye on planning, quality and budgets. His background with contractors, developers and architectural projects gives him a practical perspective and a keen eye for detail. He enjoys tackling challenges and takes pride in turning plans into projects that clients truly appreciate. Outside of work, Stéphane likes renovating his own home, spending time in the garden, and making the most of family holidays—whether skiing, surfing or enjoying good food with family and friends.
Edward de Groot

Edward de Groot

Junior Project Manager
With a degree in Civil Engineering from TU Delft, Edward combines a strong technical background with a passion for sustainable real estate development. As a Junior Project Manager at LIFE, he follows up projects in both Belgium and the Netherlands, enjoying the balance between coordinating projects behind the scenes and seeing them come to life on site. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, discovering new restaurants and making the most of life's simple pleasures.

Viktorija Jackeviciute

Office Assistant

Viktorija joined LIFE as an Office Assistant straight after completing her studies in Management Assistance. Driven by a strong desire to grow and learn, she chose this path to further develop herself — a mindset she still brings to her work every day.

Her curiosity and determination mean that when Viktorija sets her mind to something, she gives it her all. This dedication is reflected in her role at LIFE, where she enjoys working alongside friendly colleagues in a warm and positive atmosphere.

Outside of work, Viktorija enjoys going out with friends, dancing, discovering new music, and traveling to sunny places — but she also values the calm and comfort of relaxing at home.
