Downtown Rotterdam is a 70m high residential tower right in the center of Rotterdam, located between the Baantoren and the Cooltoren, in proximity to the lively Witte de Withstraat. The project consists of a diversity of housing types, appealing to different types of target audiences. From people who are new to the real estate market, to care homes, work/life units to maisonettes, lofts and penthouses. The large terraces and rooftop garden provide the tower with an inviting and friendly character, in dialogue with the urban life at street level.

The project was founded bu SENS Real Estate, then joined forces with LIFE.NL ( LIFE NV and IMMOPROMO) as co-developer. In close collaboration with the city council of Rotterdam and other important stakeholders, a permit was granted for approximately 200 housing units.

LIFE NV sold its participation in 2020. All further development is managed by SENS Real Estate and LIFE.NL
