From historic warehouse to architectural landmark

Situated in the heart of Antwerp’s Eilandje, the new-ever-evolving harbour district, the Montevideo Meeting Rooms and event space offer a unique opportunity for you to plan an out-of home meeting or event. Conveniently located just a few minutes of the high-way, Montevideo is situated directly nex to the River schelde and offers an on-site payed parking lot underneath the building.

This hidden gem and protected monument, completely surrounded by docks, is characterized by its distinctive shed roofs and robust red brick facade, combined with rich blue – and white natural stone. These sheds were named after the capital of Uruguay and formerly served as a warehouse for food and other goods imported from South America for over 100 years. Now this inspiring landmark served as a catalyst for ideas and busi- nesses to thrive. Conveniently park you car at the INDIGO Montevideo parking in the Montevideo straat and then come find us in port ‘3’.

Inspired by the warmth of the people and landscape in Latin-America, our meeting rooms are designed to embody a cozy/intimate and moody atmosphere. Dark organically shaped wood, stucco effect walls, linnen curtains and an earthy colour-palette all contribute all contribute to create an intimate atmosphere where both focus and ideas can flourish. We offer 8 different sizes and set-ups to give each meeting room a distinct character and purpose. Catering to diverse needs and settings the lay-outs vary from round tables to large elongated ones equipped with high-tech equipment and coffee machines of course. Or choose for a more free set-up in our class and board room to facilitate interactions and workshops. Bookeable for either 2 hours, half day and full day meetings you can choose your own experience. Adding one of our catering options for lunch or an in-between bite will ensure your fueled with energy throughout the day.

he Forum is the main entrance hall of our office spaces and the designed to resemble a serre, an incubator of growth and airiness.Maintaining the original steel structures, we aimed to design a space that invites nature to grow also inside. Connecting people, plants and atmosphere. The organically shaped plant arrangements framing the middle space have been realised with modern 3-D printing technology, merging sophisticated design with innovative techniques. The contrasts between the raw beton and warm darkened wood together with the plants and off white/green colour palette, our Forum is an Oasis of Green in the middle of the harbour.Open, inviting and flexible for any gathering of a larger group of people.
